Whether you’re coming by for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner, it’s always a good time to savor a few of our mouthwatering tacos. The owners of Fusion Taco, the global-flavors Houston taco brand that got its start as a taco truck, are readying the opening of a new restaurant, Fusion Eats, at 9 Greenway Plaza East. All of our ingredients are fresh and sourced locally from well-respected growers. We also feature naturally vegan and gluten-free items on our menu, so our delectable offerings can be enjoyed by the whole family regardless of their choice.

The menu of Fusion Eats Houston Texas features the same house-made sauces, salsas, juices, marinades and tortillas employed in fusion tacos such as chicken tikka masala, lamb keema, smoked brisket, and tempura shrimp. New breakfast taco options made with free range eggs and include creations such as Steak & Egg (egg, char-grilled hanger steak, cotija cheese and salsa verde); BELT (egg, pork belly, jack cheese, lettuce, tomato and house-made ranch dressing); Little Mexico (egg, chorizo, black beans, cheese, smoky red salsa), and Fried Avocado (panko-fried avocado, black beans, tomatoes, cabbage and goat cheese). Margaritas, Bloody Mary’s, mimosas, sangria, and beer also available.

Really nice place with trendy decor, a lively happy hour crowd and warm atmosphere. A variety of sauces are available for you to choose from with different heat levels. You can get a beer to go with your tacos and enjoy a casual setting.
Another great addition to the growing food scene at Greenway Plaza. They make some of my favorite tacos right now – all packing quality and flavor. The sauces and combinations pair very well with the made-in-house fresh tortillas.
