The town of Abbott is so small, if you blink, you might miss it — it boasts a population of just 356 people in a mere 381-acre region. However, just because Abbott is small doesn’t mean it’s not mighty. In fact, it’s the hometown of none other than Willie Nelson himself… as well as some amazing BBQ, which can be found at Just Smokin’ BBQ.
It might be the only big restaurant around Abbott, but its amazing meals are more than enough to satisfy the locals. Most Texans are either great barbecue cooks or great barbecue consumers, so you’ll notice both hanging around at Just Smokin’ BBQ basically year-round.
